1. Donation Cancellation:

1.1. One-Time Donations:

• If you wish to cancel a one-time donation, please notify us within 24 hours of making the donation. You can reach out to our designated contact person or send an email to support@duaoldagehome.com with the subject line “Donation Cancellation Request.”

• Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will review each case on an individual basis and make every effort to accommodate your request.

1.2. Recurring Donations:

• To cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at least seven days before the next scheduled payment. You can reach out to our designated contact person or send an email to support@duaoldagehome.com with the subject line “Recurring Donation Cancellation Request.”

• If you fail to notify us within the seven-day window, the upcoming payment may still be processed, and cancellation will take effect from the subsequent scheduled payment.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues resulting in duplicate transactions or payment errors.

• Unintentional overpayment due to typographical errors or incorrect donation amounts entered.

• Any other valid reasons deemed appropriate by the NGO, subject to its sole discretion.

2.2. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of making the donation. You can reach out to our designated contact person or send an email to support@duaoldagehome.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 days.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Non-Refundable Donations:

• Donations made for specific campaigns, projects, or initiatives that clearly indicate they are non-refundable will not be eligible for refunds.

• In some cases, we may provide alternative options, such as reallocating the donation to a similar cause or project. We will discuss these possibilities with you on an individual basis.
